Hudson, NY-based project Babehoven, featuring singer/songwriter Maya Bon and producer and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Albert, share ‘Three Reds’, the latest from their upcoming album, I See Them, I See Me, out 18 September via Double Double Whammy.

‘Three Reds’ is a track that you can almost feel and see yourself. An introspective song built around atmospheric instrumentation and Bon’s dreamy vocals.

“’Three Reds’ is inspired by a game we play on tour — we gain points by counting cars of the same color passing by. The song plays with synesthesia and the tension between concealment and exposure, sitting with the idea that we are made of the same stuff as everything that came before us, and how that can feel like both a warning and a celebration at the same time.”
