Metal For Nepal is calling out for aid in the wake of a flash flood that tore through Nepal’s Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts on 26 August 2026. While total deaths and injuries have yet to be determined, the damage to villages bordering the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers and surrounding hydropower and transmission facilities has devastated the region. In response, Metal For Nepal has organized with local NGO partners in the area to facilitate access to emergency supplies, clean water, and further aid toward reconstruction efforts.
