LOUD WOMEN is turning 11, and we’re celebrating the only sensible way: with a basement full of brilliant bands at the legendary Hope & Anchor in Islington.
On Saturday 10 October, we’ll be taking over the venue for a very special birthday gig featuring Alexandra Leaving, Lilith Ai, I, Doris and Gemma Rogers – plus one secret fishy guest who’ll be revealed nearer the time.
LOUD WOMEN started life in 2015 as a tiny DIY gig night with one simple aim: to get more women on more stages. Eleven years later, we’re still doing exactly that – only louder, with festivals, gigs, radio shows and a worldwide community of artists and music fans making noise together.
So come and help us celebrate 11 years of LOUD WOMEN, support some fantastic independent artists, and raise a glass to everything we’ve built together so far.
